Radix Nutrition Holiday Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to New Zealand and Australian residents
aged 18 years and over.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
The Giveaway Period commences 12:00am (NZST) Thursday 8th Dec and closes 10am (NZST) Monday 9 Jan 2023.
Eligible entrants must enter via one or more of the following ways:
a. Follow Radix Nutrition on Instagram, and have liked & commented on the Radix Nutrition Holiday Giveaway Post
b. Have subscribed to Radix Nutrition’s mailing list during the Giveaway period via Facebook.
c. Have purchased a Radix Nutrition Product during the Giveaway Period. All Radix purchases from December 1st 2022 - 9th January 2023 are valid for one entry.
Each method results in one eligible entry.
The winner must also:
a. Comply with the terms and conditions and all information entered must be valid, complete and accurate. Any invalid, incomplete or inaccurate entries will be automatically disqualified from the
competition.
e. Agree to receive marketing communications as an email subscriber from Radix Nutrition. You have the right to unsubscribe or unfollow at any time.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity and age) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Giveaway Prize Includes:
An Online Radix Nutrition Gift Card valued up to $500 AUD.
Prize is redeemable directly with Radix Nutrition and is limited to available stock on hand.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product included in the giveaway, that element of the prize will not be refundable or redeemable for cash.
The prize draw will take place at 12:30pm (NZST) Monday 9th January 2023 and will be announced via email to Radix Nutrition’s NZ and AU email databases if:

A re-draw will take place if the prize winner is not able to be contacted within 3 days of the original draw date.
